We are an online store only. We have been in business online since 1999. We accept and process orders 7 days per week; however, we do not accept phone calls outside of normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Our shopping cart is secure. When you place an order, your credit card information is placed on our billing page, you will notice a lock in the bottom right corner of the page. This lock indicates a secure encripted page. Your credit card information is NEVER sent out from this page. Your credit card is never sent out on ANY EMAIL.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Once an order has been processed, (boxed with shipping label and ready to ship) it cannot be canceled. If the order is canceled, it is subject to a 50% processing fee or a minimum of $20.00, which ever is greater. If an order returns to us and the "ship to" address is incorrect, (this is the responsibility of the customer that has placed the order) the order is subject to a return fee of 50% or $20.00 which ever is greater. We do our best to correct incorrect order form "ship to" information for our customers if we recognize a problem.

RETURNS:

CUSTOM ORDERS with personalized messages, and any personalized linen or gift, we do not accept returns. These are custom designs with your personal information and cannot be returned.

7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

All of our items carry a 7 day money back guarantee. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of the date you receive the shipment. You must notify us first by email before returning a product to obtain a return authorization number and it must not be used. All items MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If you return a used product you agree to NO CREDIT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee and the minimum return fee is $20.00. We do not reimburse shipping charges.. If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, do not place an order.

If we sent an incorrect item, there is no re-stock charge. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

In case of damage in shipping, notify us by email, leaving your phone number so we may return your call. Please keep all packaging and damaged contents for 5 business days as our insurance may require a UPS pick up for inspection. We cannot replace your order due to damage if you dispose of the original packaging, box, packaging materials and shipping label with tracking number. Please keep all boxes, packing and contents. You must notify us of the damaged merchandise within 3 days of delivery. A damage claim will be filed and after your damage has been verified by the shipping carrier, your damaged item can then be replaced.

We may require digital images as proof of damage.

Nature's Hideaway Inc. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Nature's Hideaway Inc. DO NOT LEAVE ANY BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any policies and terms included herein at any time without notice.
